How Voting Works

How is scoring calculated?

Your ballot on this page isn't the only thing that counts. Engagement on each finalist's official Round 2 video adds to their total:

  • Every NILTV.com vote = 1 vote
  • Every repost = 1 vote
  • Every share = 1 vote
  • Every 50 comments = 1 vote
  • Every 100 likes = 1 vote

Totals are tallied when voting closes July 19 at 11:59 PM ET.

How many times can I vote?

One vote per person. Pick your single favorite finalist and confirm it with your name and email. Duplicate votes are removed before the final tally.

When does voting close?

Voting opens July 13 and closes July 19 at 11:59 PM ET. Any votes cast after the deadline will not be counted.

Do I need an account to vote?

No account needed. Just watch the finalists, pick one, and complete the short ballot on this page.

How is the winner decided?

The finalist with the highest combined total — verified votes on NILTV.com plus engagement on their Round 2 video (see "How is scoring calculated?") — when voting closes July 19 is crowned NIL Star. The winner is announced July 22.

Can I change my vote after submitting?

No. Votes are final once submitted, so watch every audition before you lock in your pick.
