NIL TV is a college and professional athlete-powered media network created to produce premium content featuring NIL (Name, Image, and Likeness) athletes. Our mission is to showcase the stories, achievements, and personalities of college and professional athletes while providing unique content for fans, alumni, and brand partners.

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Services. If you are under 18, you may use the Services only with the consent of a parent or guardian.

When using the Services, you agree to:

• Comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and these Terms.
• Respect the rights and privacy of athletes, creators, and other users.
• Not use the Services for any unlawful, abusive, defamatory, obscene, or harmful purposes.

All content on NIL TV — including videos, articles, images, graphics, logos, and trademarks — is owned or licensed by NIL TV, our athletes, or our partners, and is protected by intellectual property laws. Content featuring NIL athletes is produced in compliance with NCAA and NIL policies. All rights to NIL appearances, likeness, and branding belong to the respective athlete and/or their licensing partners.

If you submit content (e.g., comments, videos, or social media posts) to NIL TV, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute that content in connection with the Services. You are responsible for any content you submit.

Our Services may include links to third-party sites or services. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of these third parties.

NIL TV provides the Services "as is" and without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free content, or complete accuracy of information.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, NIL TV, our directors, staff, student employees, and affiliates are not liable for any damages — direct or indirect — arising from your use or inability to use the Services.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless NIL TV and our affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses arising from your use of the Services or your violation of these Terms.
